Planning an advertising campaign in the region is simple:
Step 1: First ask yourself the following questions
- What would you like to achieve?
- Who is your target audience?
- Do you have a budget? If so, what is it?
- What territories would you like to advertise in?
- What is your media preference?
To answer questions 3 – 5 please feel free to browse through our media option bars: Newspapers, Radio, TV, Magazine, Multi-media at the top of the page to view your options available in the region.
You can also use the CAMPAIGN ESTIMATOR & RATE CARD to obtain a fair idea of the costs of different media in the region. Using this tool you can calculate a ballpark budget for your Pan-Caribbean ad campaign.
PLEASE NOTE: Rates listed on the CAMPAIGN ESTIMATOR & RATE CARD may not be the most current or the best rates available at that point in time. Therefore, it is necessary to submit your campaign request to us first to obtain a final proposal & a more accurate quotation.
Step 2: Complete the Customer Needs Analysis Form
Once you have answered the questions listed above, you should be ready to proceed to the next step, which is, to complete a ‘Customer Needs Analysis Form'. A Customer Needs Analysis Form is required in all cases to begin the media planning process.
It provides your Sales Executive with a clear view of your specific communication needs. He / she can refer to this document at any point to check that your are achieving your core objectives.
This form is accessible on the bottom left-hand side of each page, under “Calculators”.
Do not worry if you cannot fill out all of the sections of the form, your assigned Sales Executive will work with you step by step to complete it.
Step 3: Registering with Reach Caribbean
Registering with ReachCaribbean allows you to be recognized as a client.
Once registered a Sales Executive will be assigned to you who will work alongside you to ensure satisfactory results from your media campaign. Your Sales Executive will contact you within 24hours after via e-mail or telephone.

Step 4: Send a Campaign Request
Once you have identified the markets that you want to target, agreed on the right media mix for you, the ideal frequency and of course a budget you can now send this information to a ReachCaribbean Sales Executive.
Using the Campaign Estimator allows you to experiment with different media options.
If you are satisfied with your campaign results you are a registered member with us, you have the option of
- Submitting this plan to us for assistance and confirmation
OR
- Saving it for your future reference (when you are ready to advertise)
Once you have submitted a campaign to us a Sales Executive will be assigned to your account and will contact you to confirm your interest. At this point he/she will begin working with you for your desired results, negotiating with media houses for the best rates, confirming availability etc.
Step 5: Accessing or Requesting Research Information
This feature is useful to clients who need to obtain more detailed information than what is available on the site to help with the planning and decision making process.
You can request information on specific categories of business in the region, current category advertising spend, buyer behaviour, purchasing patterns and more.
